OMRON’s revamped mobile app, which still lets users store and share blood pressure and EKG readings, now offers to track information on daily activity (walking) and your weight, should you choose to monitor them. For activity, you get to set and adjust your steps goal. You can also track your weight as often as you wish to update it. Just as your blood pressure readings can be automatically updated on your app, now, so can your daily activity, making your OMRON Complete app an even more “complete” place to track your wellness and lifestyle goals.

I need all the inspiration I can get! Knowing how many calories I burn when I walk is a nice incentive to walk more. If I want to cheat a bit in eating, I can add a few more steps to my day!
So, I’m not giving up pasta — but I will be walking more and eating smarter, in addition to regularly monitoring my blood pressure.
